Shanti was created to operate on a buyout basis — the farm rented in full to a single group, ensuring total exclusivity. Today, in addition to this experience for closed groups of 14 to 22 people, Shanti also welcomes individual chalets, making room for couples, families and travelers seeking the same essence on a more intimate scale.

The stay package includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and appetizers, served at the Rancho, the heart of the farm, where life happens around the table and the dining area flows into the lounge and bar in a fluid space that encourages togetherness.
